1 - Yes they can if they literally offer to 'secure the peace'. They're on the humanitarian and security council's of the UN. If we destabilized that badly, China could offer and occupying force under the guise of doing so for the UN. If not them, the UN itself could. A stand down order for our military could be issued by the traitors currently in office that are attempting the coup on Trum. The real unknown is which way the Military stands.
I'll be the first to tell you, do not count on the upper brass to be 100% for Trump. I work in Defense, plenty of damned traitors every where at every level.
