That video was a deep fake. Look into this. A lot of people are talking and making videos about it. Lots of weirdness with that video. His hair changed colors, his face looks younger, his body language/speech pattern was not normal, his neck separates from his shirt and wobbles around as if it's CGI'd on top of someone else's body, etc.
