Well not sure he has been convicted of anything in the US. Can the President pardon without someone being found guilty?

The fact that he's not rushing to pardon Assange right now should give you something to think about. So why was Flynn pardoned before everyone else then? Well we saw how Pence turned out. You think if he beat the fraud via legal process, they wouldn't have tried to 25th him again in his second term?
