That's not what that means but you are right. Many of us, USSR survivors, knew this and warned everyone but it all fell onto deaf ears. I'm surprised people didn't immediately realize it after 9/11 and the invasions.

Oh, I understand. It's just "lizard brain" refers to something entirely different, although a bit related.
yes, i know...triune brain, covers the basic instincts. lizards, goats and snakes symbolize evil for me.
