Militia people WERE there. They aren't Antifa. Can we stop blaming antifa? AMERICANS are the ones who hung a huge American flag on the Capitol Building; that was not antifa. Americans were the ones who made their way up the steps; that was not antifa. An American was shot and killed at the entry into the chambers of Congress; that person was not Antifa. The only people that MIGHT have been antifa are the ones who broke the windows.
American patriots took the Capitol and occupied it for 2 hours, and it was glorious.
All that being said, as somebody that was there (not in the building but on the lawn like 99% of the patriots), I can attest to there being almost 0 security at this event whatsoever. There were a few patrol cars on the perimeter, and a few police officers stationed throughout, but by and large there was no security. No metal detectors or police on the metro AT ALL, only a few dozen officers at the steps of the Capitol, and no military or national guard in sight. There were about 100 police in yellow vests that circled around to the back of the Capitol building at one point, but they weren't heavily armed if they were even armed at all.
I commented when I first walked in with my group that it felt like we were sheep being funneled into a slaughterhouse. We're seriously lucky only 4 people were killed. It felt like the DC Police and every other deep state group did everything they could to set something off. Furthermore, they announced the 6pm curfew and the shutting down of all publix transportation at 4:45ish while people were still in the Capitol Building. Furthermore, cell service and internet access was virtually non-existent on the Capitol grounds due to high traffic and/or jamming.
Then they called in the 10k Virginia National Guard who were on standby and FBI Hostage Rescue. They didn't even get there until around 5 pm, nearly 3 hours after the Capitol was "breached". They effectively trapped everyone inside while the people on the lawn went back to their hotels. It's extremely fortunate that the militias didn't fire upon the feds (the militia weren't visibly armed, but they probably were conceal carrying as there were no checkpoints ot look for that whatsoever), and that the feds let the people in the Capitol go. I guess "let them go" isn't the right term, as we see now they are using the full force of technology to seek out and facially recognize each person and arrest them at their homes where they can't resist. They let people go in order to split them up, and now are arresting them individually in a much safer manner.
