Yes, that seems like one of the more obvious slants. He is pretending that Twitter is the only outlet (not just a defacto monopoly), and he is a martyr. All just a show for normies, apparently. Most ardent supporters don't need to be convinced. It may be beneficial for the normies, but are there costs?

He’s terrifying the swamp. They’re all panicking like a fleet of destroyers with a wounded submarine under them. They know he’s down there with an arsenal of weapons but they don’t know where or when he’ll strike next. They’re panicking and it’s so fun to watch.

Depends what you mean by "just". That fact gained more widespread advertisement YESTERDAY...but the service has been tagging eMails as junk and spam possibly for days or weeks. This seems more about incompetence in his campaign, that strategy, IMHO. There is no reason they had to rely on one eMail service to send eMails. They had no redundancy in place, just like Twitter, but Twitter is more optics, the eMail farce is more lack of forethought, maybe. Who knows. Maybe they also WANTED their eMails to be censored.
He could have had a Parler account months ago.

I like your optimism. If he is strongest when he appears weakest, he should be very strong right now, because he looks very weak.
Another option is that he just "conseded" to appease congress and is trying not to get 25th'd or impeached before he finishes his plan.
Right now he can't get impeached till Monday but if he raised a stink they might have done it on Friday.
