I use Vivaldi. It's just Google Chrome minus Google's trackers so it uses a third of the RAM.

Also install AdNauseam. It's an adblocker that you can set to sometimes give false clicks to ads to fuck with their metrics (don't use the Always option or their algorithms can easily tell they're fake clicks).
