It's in the President's oath to protect the Constitution. On this he supersedes all branches of government. The branches have been infiltrated for decades, he can use his executive power to stop all those committing treason.

Fair trials and/or military tribunals for both right and left. If convicted, they should receive the maximum punishment for the crime committed. Government should be held to the same set of laws as it's citizens.
