Fuck, the 2 dudes are spec ops/mercenaries - Tac gear, hoods & masks, and dark sunglasses. And guy in front def has something laptop-shaped under his jacket. They stand out because they're moving calmly and with purpose.. that's a team, not part of the crowd, not all wound up and manic like Stop The Steal group. and they're clearly in the process of exfil.
