Many Pedes are calling for Trump to act before Pelosi can introduce articles of impeachment on Monday, January 11, 2021, which give him only this weekend to do so. I am praying that he makes his move tomorrow, and so should you!
Tomorrow, Sunday, is January 10, 2021. It is the 2070th anniversary of the date on which Julius Caesar crossed the Rubicon to defeat a threatening and corrupted senate in Rome, backed by troops loyal to him. Would it not be a remarkable thing---Providence, even---if Trump acted to thwart a threatening and corrupted senate (with ties to Rome!) in a country modeled on the Roman Republic on the very same date?
Side note: 245 years ago, on January 10, 1776, Thomas Paine's "Common Sense" was published, launching the spirit of 1776 which called called for the overthrow of one's own tyrannical, elitist, corrupt, hypocritical government.
Not a guarantee that Trump will act tomorrow, and I have no inside knowledge, but I am struck by the curious significance of the date as it relates to the current state of affairs. PRAY FOR OUR PRESIDENT AND COUNTRY.
Humbly petition the LORD to be merciful and patient. He surely cannot heal a land filled with unrepentant filth, violence (including against unborn children), perversion, and apostasy, but He can be merciful and spare, granting us time to repent and prepare for the tribulations ahead. I have suspected for the last couple of weeks that if Congress certified the illegitimate election the military would have to take extremely radical steps to restore the nation.
They will have to remove the president and the administration, dissolve Congress, dissolve the Supreme Court and take over administration, legislation and judiciary functions.
The very definition of a military coup.
I see an extremely low likelihood of that happening.
Actually, the troops wouldn't need to remove the president, if you are referring to Biden, because he would not be president if never sworn in. Trump, as sitting president, would be responsible for thwarting a coup (defensive), not instigating one (offensive).
Members of presidential administrations are replaced all the time, therefore that is normative and not exceptional practice. (Criminal prosecution for malfeasance would be the unusual nature of repurcussions, but not illegal.)
Congress would not need to be dissolved, merely bad actors arrested, charged, and tried for their high crimes and misdemeanors, which could remove them from office by constitutional measures.
SCOTUS need not be dissolved, but bad actors, including judges, can be impeached under constitutional measures (say, if evidence is presented, as Lin Wood alleges, that John Roberts is engaged in criminal pedophile ring).
A military coup is when the military (in whole it in part) is lead to act against a seated president by a military leader, or someone leading them. Trump would be the seated president, therefore he wouldn't be in a position to command the troops against himself, and if Biden were seated, Trump wouldn't be in a position to lead the troops at all.
What people forget is that Julius Caesar was STILL SEATED in power when he crossed the Rubicon; he did so because the end of his term was about to expire, and the Roman senate had threatened to seize his property, try, imprison, and execute him as soon as it expired and he was powerless to defend himself against an unjust government faction, which was salivating at the prospect of destroying the man beloved by the Roman people. You cannot lead a coup against yourself, you merely use troops at your disposal to protect yourself by thwarting treachery afoot. Now, men become dictators when they use the military against the people and just government actors, except Trump would only be using them against the unjust ones, proven unjust by trial.
While I agree, my point is that many Americans cannot fathom Trump is in the right. If he were removed by the military he would be insulated from implications of insurrection and treason on his part in trying to overthrow a certified election.
Since it is well established that Dominion machines corrupted the presidential race, it is reasonable to assume that a great many Congressional races were also corrupted. It has also been shown that so many state and local election officials have corrupted the election that the only recourse is total dismissal of the elections held nationwide and military rule until a legitimate election overseen by the military is held.
It can easily and legitimately be argued that allowing the military to run the elections is a bad thing, but at this point it cannot be as bad as allowing those who ran the elections on November 3rd to do so.
I believe his tactic is to release so much damning information on Biden, Congress, Senate, documenting the absolute corruption and lawlessness they have been perpetrating for years (decades?) that we will DEMAND that he has 4 more years and that the criminals are locked up and the media is crushed for not investigating/informing the population of the truth. One massive red pill for the country and world. Long shot, but my opinion.
I thought that since the beginning. The massacre on social media yesterday may indicate that is exactly what the enemy thinks is about to happen.
At this point I am not so sure of anything. Unless Trump uses his powers under the declared national emergency to take over communications, no one will hear the evidence.
The military is the only way. I hope Trump has finally purged the enemies of America from leadership in the Pentagon.
