One neighbor US flag is upside down indicating imminent threat. But two flags appear to have been taken down and dyed or spray painted completely black you can tell they are the US flag because of seams. What symbol or who is that does anyone know I don't want to go on a list for searching it. Separate note probably have not seen this many flags since 9/11. Some of us are uniting and I can guess who.

The black American flag first appeared during the American Civil War of 1861-1865. Confederate army soldiers flew the black flag to symbolize the opposite of the white flag of surrender. The black flag meant that the unit would not give in nor surrender and that enemy combatants would be killed. This is at least what the cancer google says
