Gen X pede here. Growing up in the 80s and 90's we didn't have smart phones and PS4's. The internet wasn't a thing when I was a kid. We played outside, rode our bikes without helmets and without fear. We stayed out all night long on Halloween filling our pillow cases with candy (without parents lingering 10' behind us) and the world was a much different place. It was better.
