Gab.
Gab runs better, has their own app store, and has their own servers. Get both now, but assume Parler will fall because they rely on Big Tech infrastructure to stay running.

Why not both?
Gab is faster, good interface. Parler is a lot more like Twitter in layout but it's slow and UI needs work.
