People here need to get acquainted with an old internet technology which is still active called "newsgroups". Similar to mailing list based forums which are served and repeated by a widely distributed set of voluntary servers. Anyone can setup a server and they automatically synch together.
Often you can set up your offline email readerlike Thunderbird to download newsgroups and you respond to them as you would reply to an email.
There are other readers too https://www.newsgroupreviews.com/newsgroup-readers.html
Google has some online carriage of some newsgroups but of course you wont get them all so you don't want to rely on them. Its google.https://groups.google.com/my-groups?pli=1
Newsgroups were incredibly good and active and helpful before web pages got started. The technology is still really active and usually has smarter people than your average web browser.

Remember if the newsgroup is typical then it will be hosted by multiple newsgroup servers operated independently so they aren't dependent on one server that can be shut down.
YES~ USENET! I posted about this yesterday. Totally distributed and unowned, not located anywhere, and cannot be censored.
Sometimes old tech is the best.
I also recommend having a shortwave radio.
