As many of us here know, TDW got it's start as a board within the Reddit platform. I think I was one of the first 10,000 subs, and watched in glee as our irreverent posts would frequently make it to the top of the front page, triggering the colored haired lefties and mods that overpopulate the site.

It was obvious from the get go, with the downvoting, the reconfiguring of ranking algorithms, the shill raids, the censorship, and overall constant harassment that we were not wanted on Reddit.

Rather than bitch and moan and cry about how Reddit was pozzed and authoritarian, our glorious TDW founders made their own website which catered to us. The technical aspect of making this website is no cakewalk, but the biggest challenge for any media, for any product, for any website, is getting a critical mass of users.

I'll say it again, the biggest challenge for any business for any website, is getting a critical mass of users. I know this first hand from my days of working an internet startup in the late 1990's in college. It was a website that put college course material on the internet. Big idea back in the late 90's. I also know this first hand from working with a financial data website startup in the 2000's.

Users, users, users. How do we get more users? How do we get more users to use our website? What else can we do for our users to provide more value to them so them? What content can we provide that will attract and generate more engagement?

The Big Tech oligarchs have grown so fat, lazy, and corrupt, that they have either forgotten or believe that they are exempt from the number one rule in business. The customer is always right. They have given the middle finger to at least half of this country.

They have billions of users, so what difference does a loss of a few million, or say 70 million make?

Well, those users do not evaporate. Those users do not say, gee, I guess I won't use the internet anymore I'm going back to fax machines and Zack Morris cell phones. No, what they do is the GO TO A PLATFORM THAT BETTER SERVES THEIR NEEDS!!!!

Has the demand for listening to Donald Trump disappeared? Has the demand for listening to Fighter Flynn, the lovable maniac Lin Wood, Based filter merchant Alex Jones, Spoon Clanker Styxhexxehnammer666, Gavin McGinnis, General Bannon Cannon, all those fuckers, has the demand for their content been erased by the Big Tech Ban? HELL NO IT'S ACTUALLY INCREASED!!!!

What we have ladies and gentlemen is a userbase of at least 100 million domestic that are HUNGRY for content that BIG TECH has willingly ceded. This would be like the UFC cutting all of their 10 ranked fighters from their rosters and cancelling their contracts. Another promotion would scoop them up in a heartbeat and could build their company around them.

Big Tech has done more than just cut these influencers, they have signaled that they are ceding half of this country. Yes, I understand from their perspective that they think that they can change the opinion or at the very least negate the opinion of half of this country through mind control, but that's where they are dead wrong.

Show me one company in the course of history that was able to alienate up to half of their customers and go on to thrive let alone survive? Hell take a look at professional sports since they went BLM. The trend is double digit decline in viewership year over year. How is that for a business model?

Now, I'm not saying that there are not a lot of challenges and bullshit ahead of us due to this fucked up scam of an election and the consequences that we are now seeing unfold. What I am saying is that rather that bitch and moan and cry about getting fucked over, we need to take a page out of the TDW playbook, and immediately start working on making our own platforms.

Hell, that is the blueprint for the founding of this country. When our founders were stuck in a shithole of a living situation, they left Europe and started a new life on these shores. That was infinitely worse of a situation with incomparable challenges compared to the ones that we are facing.

I don't know what the final solution will look like. Facebook 2? Twitter 2.0? Reddit 2.0? Will it start as a bunch of newsboards? Will it be just a constellation of website? Is there something that we can borrow from the Porn industry which is on the cutting edge of internet technology. I am not sure. But none of us were sure of what the internet would look like back 1998 when I was spending 40 hours a week while in college working at that internet startup, and actually talking to lots of technologists and VC guys who all had competing visions.

The future is ours to make, and we just got handed a huge opportunity.

ALREADY STARTED. I have already walked away from my successful business, and I have repositioned my company to use all its assets to begin this project on a high quality level with multiple private servers based in several countries around the world (and toying with cloud based user hosting). The site will be likely 'FREESPEECH' or "CALL TO FREEDOM'. It will include functions similar to Twitter, Craigslist directory, and News Media consolidators. It will provide a forum for pro MAGA conversation, socializing, professional news, amateur news, products, services, events, and; it will promote the MAGA ECONOMY (identifying pro MAGA businesses, products, services, discounts, and politicians; and, outing anti MAGA businesses, products, services and politicians while calling for boycotts and events when appropriate). Our fight for our America has just begun. We welcome MAGA volunteers!

Awesome. That's exactly what I am talking about. The more the merrier. Social Media was not even a thing until the mid 2000's and there were lots of competitors. So the industry is very young and from what we know about technology though, is that a disruptor can come out of nowhere and unseat the so called titans in a very short period of time.
