Well there were armed officers on her side of the glass door, so why if everyone was already safely in the tunnel system would he feel the need to shoot someone who was clearly unarmed? If she had been a serious threat why did the officers behind her let her attempt to go through the door? No not justified. Should they have been breaking glass etc...in the capitol, no I don't think so, but the left burned down businesses, cars and killed people all summer and no one even used live bullets on them.
Not justified.
Watch how they will not show us who the shooter actually was.
The way he was dressed and geared up, that is not the look nor action of a capitol police officer.
So...who was he? Suit says "personal protection detail" but for whom? Anyone who has been on a PPD would never take position in the first office after the double glass doors.
Look at the video again...who was that walking around at the other end of the p-way?? Didnt seem all that important to need a gun when a civilian was clearly visible in the back. I have lots of questions too.
You know, I tend to agree. On the other hand why was Jacob Blake any different? Also there was plenty warning, 8 guns were trained on her yelling “don’t” also would you consider the initial cops barricade with shields an attempt at restraint?
My guess is she heard about 7,000 stops on the way there. I think she was back a bit as the window was being broken but ended up being right there at the wrong time.
I understand that point, but on the other hand , 99% of the past shootings there were videos about why leg shooting is bad. Most recent one was Jacob Blake (which I 100% believe was justified) and why Kyle shot for the head and neck (also justified)
i guess maybe they should have sandbag nonlethals or something. she definitely didnt have to die, isnt that supposed to be the last resort, i keep hearing "armed trump supporters" i dont think she was armed. there couldve at least been a warning saying stop or your getting shot, something.
With emotion out of it, she did enter a federal building and attempt to break through a door. I don’t think the officer should have used lethal force, but the courts will rule it was warranted.
But why not? I 100% agreed with the Jacob Blake because if he got to that car it’s a weapon. He could of harmed people in a chase. If Ashli made it to the other side and unlocked the door, isn’t that the same? The secret service go from a cover D.F.P to a retreat

Yes they did. I’ll try and find and link the updated video
I don't think a woman who was unarmed should have been executed, no.
100% no.
Stop acting soft
Unarmed. Enough people there to tackle her. No warning. They could have retreated earlier.

not at all. that cop just shot through the window, he couldve went for the leg.

No
No, HOWEVER secret service have no choice whatsoever, they have to shoot when you close distance or attempt to.
