Imagine the banking industry trying to open 50 to 60 million court cases. Drag it out a couple months then make a couple payments to stop the case, rinse repeat. The courts get overwhelmed, the corporations cannot get loans from banks that have no income. It won't be easy but the effect will be profound.
Conservatives should stop flying immediately. The companies only care about their profits. Their sticks will tank and they will reverse course right away.
