My spellcheck gets it. Just spell facade and correct the word. There are other ways, like looking for the symbol in, say, Word, and then copying it here or changing your keyboard to have some French accent marks key-bound but IMO neither of those are worth it. There are a couple of other methods but those 2 are the only other ones I remember.
??? You mean the cedilla, the accent mark below the c?
Or are you making some sort of "ironic" statement that I could type it out which means I must be in a free society?
