Very unlikely. The ramifications of unseating a president/vice president and ordering them to be replaced by someone else are too large. And depending on your point of view, it would be seen as a court-ordered coup.

A very small chance, but yes. SCOTUS would basically have to decide they’re no longer afraid that their rulings would cause riots
