I think that one of the first things to be established is a means to filter out potential moles and latent traitors. We are now seeing just how saturated the traitors are within the infrastructure of society. Without a means to truly eliminate this problem from the very beginning and at the very core, it will only happen again. Traitors are not just individuals, they can be a collective in the form of organizations, services, etc.
