No, he spoke for 9 months about law & order he used the phrase “peacefully protest” many times in the speech he gave Wednesday, he didn’t not inflame the crowd, I don’t think he wanted us to do anything than circle The Capitol and chant. Also let the “representatives” see just how many pissed off angry Americans there are. That’s how I see it.
