Def the supreme court and Congress for ignoring half the population

32
Anon1970 32 points ago +32 / -0

Way more than half. There are much fewer leftists than we are led to believe.

7
GhostOfMyFormerSelf 7 points ago +8 / -1

Roberts... Again...

7
PewPew_ThaDuK 7 points ago +7 / -0

nah. it was all the Trump people, unfortunately.

too bad for them though. no way congress wont add at least two more libs

5
M_A_G_A_2020 5 points ago +5 / -0

They don't care. They'll keep their cushy, lifetime jobs and make bank without ever having to work hard in their lives again.

This is far from punishment.

4
PewPew_ThaDuK 4 points ago +4 / -0

Depends. These crazy Dems might start with impeaching kavanough

4
John_Smallberries 4 points ago +4 / -0

Who cares at this point. This time next year there will be 25 SCROTUS “Justices.”

2
PewPew_ThaDuK 2 points ago +2 / -0

Depends. They might want to create some controversy first before they have to have the solution.

Just like patriot act 2.0 about to be passed

IHeartMyDoggy 61 points ago +61 / -0

Why did the Supreme Court take the Bush Gore case but not ours?

65
DisjointedHunstville [S] 65 points ago +65 / -0

Cunts, that's why.

The first President in a lifetime from the outside. . . the literal reason for the Supreme Court to exist : To uphold the legal interpretation of the system we have to keep widespread abuse like the fraud we saw.

And what do they do? A ONE LINE reject. COWARDS

31
ProgramNerd 31 points ago +32 / -1

POTUS said it was because of optics.

The media was calling his nominations his pocket picks, which was shaming them in their social circles. The only way to fix it was to rule against Trump otherwise it would reinforce the namecalling. So they constantly ruled against him because their social circles and reputation were more important than doing the right thing.

TL;DR: we were, once again, sold out by boomers worried about optics

16
DisjointedHunstville [S] 16 points ago +16 / -0

If we picked justices so cucked that they place optics over the law, that’s the end of the conservative movement.

I think it was more Roberts throwing his weight around.

6
ProgramNerd 6 points ago +7 / -1

Either you're right or Trump is right. He said this during his speech.

3
WeinerLapTop 3 points ago +3 / -0

Great post.

13
Anaconda 13 points ago +13 / -0

FUCK Thomas and Alito. No defense of the POTUS from them. They in fact said "we agree with the part about NO RELIEF SHALL BE GRANTED"

6
JohnCocktoastin 6 points ago +6 / -0

which related to the request for an injunction. And at that stage it didn't matter. Helpful to get an injunction. But if they decided as we wanted, injunction or no injunction we would have tossed them.

28

Chief Justice Roberts is corrupt that's why. Look up everything Lin Wood has said about him.

9
KekJeanVanDayum 9 points ago +9 / -0

There were 9 votes

9
SierraBlaze 9 points ago +9 / -0

And Roberts threatened them to vote that way. People came out and said they heard him screaming all the way out in the hallway.

4
John_Smallberries 4 points ago +4 / -0

John Roberts fellates 10 year old boys. He’s waaaay past “corrupt.”

17
bavarianpesant 17 points ago +17 / -0

cause Bush was part of the GOP establishment and the Party supported him Trump is not and the Party wants to get rid of him

9
Anaconda 9 points ago +9 / -0

Because Bush cabal and HW

8
diversityisgay 8 points ago +9 / -1

Why? Because the bush family is the establishment.

25
Gunslinger1776 25 points ago +26 / -1

Cuz Daddy Mitch told them to, and thats why. They were always Mitch’s picks, not Trump’s.

23
FORMERCHILDSTAR 23 points ago +23 / -0

My opinion is the state legislatures of these contested States punted. If they had nullified their elections and not sent electors Trump would have won. The supreme court never would have had to be involved. But, yes the supreme court did have a roll to play once a petition was sent to them. They should have at least provided a forum for a formal examination of allegations and arguments so the state legislatures could have made an informed decision. Multiple levels of government failed.

15
DisjointedHunstville [S] 15 points ago +15 / -0

When everyone passes the buck, the Supreme Court is meant to stand up.

It’s ridiculous how literally every part of the system showed how corrupt and inept they are at the same fucking time.

5
FORMERCHILDSTAR 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yeah...they were the umpire, but they never showed up to the ballgame. True.

2
trump20202024 2 points ago +3 / -1

12

I agree, that’s when I felt the most unrepresented

7
ArizonaDesertRat2021 7 points ago +7 / -0

What’s the purpose of the Supreme Court if they can’t take the most important case in the past 20 years?

7
diversityisgay 7 points ago +8 / -1

The Supreme Court is filled with blackmailed degenerates. You really think the senate would confirm people who have principles? LOL you think the senate would confirm anyone against their agenda? Nope! Hence the flaw in our system.

3
DisjointedHunstville [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Clarence Thomas is a decent man

3
AmannamedRJ 3 points ago +3 / -0

SCOTUS has too much power to just go and punt cases on bullshit legalese that's less than 100 years old.

If SCOTUS can really just leave their responsibilities and fuck off, then In our new republic a supreme court needs to be neutered, Picks elected, and terms limited. Same with Congress.

In my ideal new republic a representative breaking these laws (maliciously) should be subject to immediate execution. See how fast we straighten out.

4
diversityisgay 4 points ago +5 / -1

Judges in general have too much power to interpret shit however they’d like. As if these people don’t have personal bias. As if they aren’t bought. It’s a joke country.

1
trump20202024 1 point ago +2 / -1

this is why they put them through the public spectacle of accusations. to show them the power they have over them AND to see if they would crack under the public pressure

For the protest?

Do people really think the protest is where the wrongs were righted,

These people truly think a stolen election and almost a trillion dollars of bribe money stolen from the American people ends with a March?

They need to ask what can be done to stop the civil war, not whose ‘fault’ a March is.

It’s not just on the Supreme Court, it’s on everyone who could have forced an audit but who passed the buck for one reason on another.

4
Illuminaughtie 4 points ago +4 / -0

100%....now the leeches will try and get your guns and the soy quaffers, feministas , joggers etc will look away as you are led off to the camps saying well that's what you get for being nazis...........I'd rather be speaking German than looking at this shit

4
ExileOnRedditStreet 4 points ago +4 / -0

The fake news:. Instead of actually investigating widespread voter fraud, they proved that they were in on it.

4
change_bidens_diaper 4 points ago +4 / -0

Nah, the state legislatures cucked the hardest and allowed all of this shit to happen. They should've shot down these illegal rule changes as soon as they were made, but they didn't do shit. Then after the fact, they were scared pussies that wanted to punt it to the courts instead of doing their fucking jobs. It's their responsibility to set the election procedures, not the courts. We started winning a couple of them over but only when they knew it was too late, that way they could satisfy their base but still give Pence room to ignore them. They're the most responsible for this.

3
DisjointedHunstville [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

The worst part is they knew about it for MONTHS and only objected the day of the count. What fucking impotent retards.

The courts are meant to right the wrongs of a corrupt legislature. Fuck no, they’d rather lay low than do their jobs.

If the supreme court does not rule, let the military courts rule.

1
DisjointedHunstville [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

The military will not ever get involved.

When Clinton sold China our Nuclear warhead designs or Bush let them into the WTO or Obama gave them the South China Sea and the heads of all CIA agents in the country , the Military followed the orders of the commander in chief to a T.

This is the difference between righteous patriots who serve the nation and leftist scum who would sell their own mother out for another day of clinging on to power.

2
FelixtheMan 2 points ago +2 / -0

Even if they took the case and told us to fuck off it would be way better than getting ghosted

2
MagaChamp253 2 points ago +2 / -0

Everything we're seeing right now could have been avoided had scotus done the one fking job they are mandated to do - settle arguments between states.

2
wesraue 2 points ago +2 / -0

SCOTUS is responsible for everything that happened. Blood is on the head and hands of John Roberts. There is a place reserved for him in hell.

2
Malfeasance 2 points ago +2 / -0

Until the 6th, I would have agreed with this.

If the Supreme Court or the states had stepped in to right this wrong, the traitors would never have been exposed and the show would have gone on.

I would have been very happy about it, but the traitors would still be in control and unexposed.

2
Newacct 2 points ago +2 / -0

What are you talking about? The SCOTUS already audited the ballots and determined that the election was legitimate (according to one of my mom's friends on FB).

Wow, they really are deranged

2
Thewickersnipper 2 points ago +2 / -0

They are 100% responsible.

2
FL2PC72LE2 2 points ago +2 / -0

That really shocked me. If the states have no standing, and voters have no standing, and the President himself has no standing, then... who does? Who is left?

1
DisjointedHunstville [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

From the same Supreme Court that went out of their way to find standing and excuses for DACA and for Obamacare

2
DarkDrai 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is accurate. When I heard Texas was bringing that lawsuit to the Supreme Court, I knew they had to take it or we'd have civil war. And then when they rejected it for "no standing", I knew we were over the edge. Nothing that came afterwards was ever surprising, although Trump blaming the Capitol violence on Antifa, instead of righteous anger, feels pretty shitty.

It actually feels more like Trump was vague on purpose and set up Jan 6th as a false flag in order to get access to Pelosi's computer, and had the pre-recorded message of peace ready to go once they had it so that he could later claim he never called for violence. Big Tech censoring him over that video calling for peace, and MSM's insane overreaction calling good people terrorists, was them walking right into his trap, however.

I expected more from the occupation of our Capitol building, I guess, and that's probably my fault. I didn't expect everyone to just leave when the curfew started; I expected the 6th to be the last big stand, and it wasn't. I'll say this: Trump calling for peace and potentially having a sleeve full of aces before the 20th is the only thing keeping this country from erupting in pure chaos.

2
ShiterallyLaking 2 points ago +2 / -0

I have zero faith in these justices to even uphold the most basic of rights like 2A that have nothing to do with any one person in office either.

You like to think maybe part of why they cucked is they didn't want to appear to the public like they were just doing GEOTUS' direct bidding, BUT that spineless move shows they have no spine.... they'll cave the second any opposition to rights like 2A comes up and there's a convenient mass-shooting at the right time during the debate.

2
DemonkkkRatSlavers 2 points ago +2 / -0

A government elected thru fraud and unable to show the chain of custody that fair elections happened, has no standing or consent to govern.

1
Fnordinand 1 point ago +1 / -0

Former NSA analyst Russell Tice held in his hand the order to spy on Justice Alito. Presumably all supreme court justices are under illegal surveillance and blackmailed.

1
d3sp3rado 1 point ago +1 / -0

No standing because they have no spine, simple.

1
Kronder12 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is going to be unpopular, but I said from the start that there was going to be a problem with standing when Texas brought a suit regarding the voting procedures in another state. The suit should have been brought by some voting rights organization within Penn, representing citizens of that state and then at least there would have been no issue with standing.

1
FustercluckArmy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yep, it sure is difficult to stand when you're dangling 8ft off the ground by the neck, twitching. They had one job. Just one. Unfortunately, it turned out not to be the job they were hired to do by The People.

1
FreeJack2020 1 point ago +1 / -0

We need to hound these traitors like harpies from hell. Show up in person to their residences in a maga rage mob. I'd say mask up and what not. Much as i abhor the antifa tards, black block just makes sense. Also it would confuse the media.

2
DisjointedHunstville [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

It would give them the excuse to enact another law that makes the patriot act look like a picnic

What about Lin Wood's charges against him?

2
DisjointedHunstville [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Lin Wood is a Democrat provocateur.

Do not trust him unless you’re happy living in the fantasy land where we’re moments away from HUUUGE happenings for five years
