The SECOND rule of liberalism is you must be a raging racist with a savior complex.

For example:

• Repeat how privileged you are because of your race, so minorities see you as being in a position of authority to “give” then assistance.

• Humble brag about how whites can save blacks from “racism”, while simultaneously doing things to decimate the black community.

• Putting people in government housing, in the worst neighborhoods of a city, far away from top notch education and job opportunities is making things worse - not better. But insist that it the “only way” blacks can scratch out an existence.

• Create a dependency through welfare. Then, tell the minorities “don’t you dare earn over $20k or you’ll lose everything we give you” (crap education and job opportunities) is just modern day slavery.

• Constantly tell the minorities who are beholden to you that they are hated by the government because of their skin color. Stoke racial tensions so their community is in constant conflict with whites.
