For now, I use DuckDuckGo. But there are other options out there of varying worth.

Brave Browser is what I use on my desktop PC and work laptop. You can go in the settings and turn off all cryptocurrency visibility to customize the appearance to your liking.

Brave also has a mobile version I haven’t tried yet.
