Nah, I was an apartment dweller at the time neighbor flooded the apt next door and they had to tear the wall out. I told my landlord he needed to put me up in a hotel, he refused so I drew up a contract to break the lease in 2 weeks, we were 4 months into a 2yr lease he signed the Me being me I immediately started loading shit moving back to my parents I had nowhere to go with my family. I told him I would be out in 3 days max. This was a Wednesday I moved about half my shit that day out of pure rage. I slept at my parents as I took the bed over and the next morning at 9am I show up and the motherfucker is in my apartment no 24hr notice nothing I ran up told him to gtfo he didn’t listen I asked him 3 more times then my wife showed up and said something idk what but her voice triggered me I went in the room grabbed the xd9 and racked the slide I heard my wife scream no babe then I told him one last time to gtfo he did called the cops and I had left with another load of shit to my parents she my wife calls and says the apt is surrounded. They had the streets blocked a 90’s Astro van with a tactical units across the street with rifles pointed at my front door waiting for me to come out.. i ended up turning myself in because my wife told me she was on the phone with dispatch and they were relaying her orders. This is all LAPD I went in got released on 100,000 bail fought it for 3 years and they made me take a deal because I didn’t have the 7,000 extra for trial after giving my lawyer 7,000 already it’s a trap and the system is rigged. All they wanted was to take my 2nd amendment which they did I completed 2 yrs felony probation and got it expunged I still will. Never LEGALLY be able to own a firearm again for protecting my property. If I would have let off a warning shot the enhancement would have been 15yr minimum and if I shot him 25yr enhancement. Thank you, yeah just 5 days I didn’t want to bail and get a DA reject I thought they wouldn’t prosecute but as soon as I saw they were throwing the book at me I bailed out and dug in.
