I'm going to assume that you want to understand why that doesn't help, and why they have all the power now, and Trump no longer has any. It's because the entire US government is united against him now. They've shown their true colors, and because of the media ops on the 6th, and the narrative that he was encouraging insurrection, they no longer have to pretend to support him. Any orders he gives at this point will simply be ignored. Any executive orders already in effect won't be enforced. They are in control now, and they have the power.
