No matter what happens we can't let the bullshit break us down. We must improve, we must adapt, we must fight. This battle won't be won unless we're also winning on an individual level.

Got any tips or advice? Or maybe just recap how you’ve been doing it? I’ve been trying to quit for the last 3 or 4 months with no success. Almost did right before the sixth, but had a moment of weakness
They did the same thing to vaping that they've done to Trump. Vaping works but it fucks with their Tobacco Settlement money, so it had to be destroyed. Nicotine is near harmless (the harm is in the smoke, nicotine only harms children/fetuses), vaping delivers nicotine like gum but in a way that almost immediately satisfies the feeling as well as the craving. All of the warnings you hear are BS (or are people trying to vape CBD oils and shit, regular vaping is harmless). I quit smoking (2pk/day~20yrs) 9 years ago, 5 minutes into trying a proper vape, and never looked back. Beware they try and offer 3mg or 6mg liquid to inspire failure, you need 24-30mg liquid to transition immediately.
Cutting nicotine all together is best but you should try tobacco free nicotine pouches. I like Zyn coffee or citrus in 6mg but there are many different brands available at gas stations.
I’m hooked on nicotine gum now, but at least I no longer smoke
