I'm gonna share a secret for quitting: hate.
Nine dollars a fucking pack. More than half of it is taxes? Hate the government. Hate the tobacco companies.
That helped me a lot. 19.5 years smoke free.
Unfortunately for me smoking paid for itself and then some at least in $.
It was the only reason I'd go on breaks. I'm a service worker who works alone. I'd bill for my breaks. Smoking actually made me money.
