Why is ammo sold out everywhere?

I've been thinking it's because of a demand so high that manufacturers can't make it fast enough. Now I'm starting to worry.

I don’t believe this! They are either on a slow down to make gross profits or they have been throttled back! But there is not a production capacity shortage
