They villainized it , but i do not think they coined it. Conspiracies have been around for hundreds if not thousands of years , make no mistake they are obviously real as have been proven in the past.
The theory part of the discussion is what they have attacked and slandered to make anyone who brings up a theory , whether it is based on truth or here-say look bad or crazy outright.
