IIRC, he was talking about how some high level intel agency from the US hired him and was was supposed to move to the US this month or something? I don't know anything about the intel world, but I have got to reasonably imagine that (1) us agencies rarely if never would hire a foreign national and that (2) us agencies would sort of frown on one of their supposed employees out openly on youtube talking about work.
