Neck glitches all the time at the front. Not to mention the head and neck movements don't correspond with the shirt and the whole body and overlap with the shirt and suit

I think the video was supposed to lure trump out and away from what he is in the middle of doing. If there is no response by trump or his people to the video, then the left will become even more reckless and desperate, further incriminating themselves for all to see.
