No. They're doing it because they can't feed their own people, and their people are too lazy to feed themselves properly. Hungry people are dangerous people. So are idle people. So are violent people. So are people who demonstrate initiative. So are people who won't color inside the lines.

We now know that nearly all government is infiltrated and corrupt. They were like this from the beginning of 2016. They could have done it then.
