I'm not saying black people didn't commit horrible atrocities as well. But if you look at the history and how all of Euope rushed into Africa and divided it up in grotesque fashion, it's pretty obvious why they aren't currently flourishing. Do you think there's an actual evolutionary difference between skin colors?
