You literally can't distinguish between Twitter's actions and those of a fascist government. So stop with the "BUt tHERe a PriVatE coMPaNy!" it's false. They're a government controlled company.

They are not private companies. They are publicly traded companies who have a legal obligation to maximise shareholder profits, which they are egriously violating.
In this context refers to private- vs government-owned. So they are private companies in that sense.
Government protected company, yes.
Controlled and protected.
And they get government subsidies. As long as you get a drop of government money, you're government.
