I can't wait to do that. It is going to take forever! What email did you go with? I am going to try Proton. Then need a new shareable calendar and get everything off of Google cloud. It's going to be long and arduous process.
Did the same with Microsoft. I'm exclusively on Linux on my desktop now. (was dual booting before). If I can find a good alternative to Google maps on my phone(Trucker pede here) I'll be de-googling my phone as well by putting a custom ROM on the thing.
Leaving you tube behind wont be difficult because most patriot content creators will be soon banned anyway.
I just talked to my friend, he told me the maps.me is privately held company and is founded in Russia...Then was sold to another company owned by a Russian holding company.
So yeah use it on your own risk. Sorry I just found it out myself seconds ago doing similar research.
I was running Qubes OS for a while just because I like how they compartmentalize the VMs and have built-in whonix templates but it hasn't been receiving a lot of updates recently...

ProtonMail is great, it also has a Drive alternative and VPN.
Went the protonmail route..
Congratulations!!! Satisfying, isn't it!
Nice I am in the process as well. What I am deciding on is to hook them up to a burner address that I can dump in future.
