Do you pay taxes? It's not just a matter of not giving the government your money, you already have. Every paycheck has taxes withheld whether you ask them to or not.
I guess you could just not file your tax return, but most people end up getting refunds so you'd really just be shooting yourself in the foot. Point is, taxation is so entrenched in our society that there's virtually no way to just "stop paying your taxes."
