We have much better beers than Pilsner (the kind in common distribution). But it is still a good standard. The draught Pilsner is way better than bottled Pilsner. But the Pilsner in the brewery, the batch that is only available if you visit the brewery in Pilsen, is one of the best beers I know. It is great.

But I would love to try Samuel Adams!

urquell is a good one. refreshing, crisp. a nice alternative to the hop dominated craft stuff in terms of drinkability. Enjoy!

Edit: Samuel Adams lager is a remarkably drinkable and very good mass market beer. They are a Boston company and are credited with giving life to/starting the craft beer movement here.
