The entire thing is built on money and psychological manipulation through corporate sponsorship and advertising. Want it to stop? Stop buying anything that’s ever advertised on their platforms. They’re doing to you what they fear you might do to them: de-platform them. Don’t let your cell phones and tablets control you. Put them down and pick up a book instead. See or hear of an ad for something pop up on Facebook? Share it here or with your friends that it should be boycotted. That’s how Facebook works. You are the product. Remove yourself from their shelves, you’re no longer for sale to the advertisers and oligarchs. The ammo box isn’t your last refuge. You still can vote with your wallets and think for yourselves, and that terrifies these oligarchs significantly. Delete all your social media now, and don’t buy anything advertised on any enemy tech platform, or anything supported by them. Make them bankrupt. You shouldn’t fear for your jobs or livelihoods, they should fear for theirs. Take back your power.

It's not a bad idea, however, if a million people stopped buying a million different things, then no one would notice. It would not amount to a big message.
What would send a message would be iif a million people stopped buying a million of the same item. Then there would be a obvious message that would get through.
The problem is organizing that into an action.
I call my cat for dinner, " here Puma". Then I get an ad on my phone for puma shoes. Picking what to boycott that way will be hard. I would suggest emailing the companies of every ad, and tell them you'll never buy their product
