I'm Italian I can translate, I already did some digging on this and so far I came out with the understanding that the professor is a real lawyer and the accused guy really did commit cybercrimes, but the allegations he also committed crimes against the US are so far uncorroborated, also, keep in mind that in the Italian court system the accused can lie in front of a judge without facing penalty, he is not put under oath, only witnesses and experts are, so any depositions from him have to be thoroughly verified first and foremost.
Edit: To clarify, the accused can legally lie in court as long as he does not do any of these 3 things:
intentionally lie and accuse someone else of the crime he is being prosecuted for ( defamation)
intentionally say that something that he was accused for actually never really happened ( would self incriminate for simulation of a felony and wasting public resources in a trial)

It is not redacted in the Italian language
It is not on proper legal paper bearing the stamps of local authorities
Same goes for the video, unless further proof comes out that this testimony was under oath in front of a Judge it has no evidentiary value, because he could have actually just recorded it for fun (unlikely but not impossible)

Have you done any research on the Maria chick? I did a quick google and she's based out of GA. She does seem to be connected to a consulting firm out there. I'm just trying to figure out her angle. Is she straight lying, being fed false info??? But she claims congress was given this and Trump. I find that odd because we know congress was given a copy of the DNI report. It made a point to mention that the report didn't focus on unfounded claims of fraud and vote flipping. So she's either a liar or what? Congress could have also been given this affidavit but I find it hard to believe that they would give congress a random affidavit with no other info.

Mr. D'Urso is really a Supreme Court lawyer in Italy and also a prof. has been active since 1987 and really does practice law in Catania and teach in Catanzaro. Although he is only an associate professor, not a tenured professor.
Aside from that he doesn't seem to be known nationwide, I had never heard of the guy, I'm searching his past works in case he argued some milestone cases in the last 30 years to see if he is legit or just a hack that is using this to try and get some publicity.

He is the lawyer and law professor mentioned in the affidavit, as I said, the defendant, mr. D'Elia really is being prosecuted and Prof. D'Urso really is a lawyer and professor of law, NOT a judge, you have to do another public exam to become Judge after becoming lawyer and you stop being a lawyer after becoming a Judge.
However I have found no further confirmation of said affidavit, no record of him testifying under oath or recording it on proper legal paper (has to have the stamp of the local authorities to be valid) and no proof. mr.D'Elia said he interfered with US election or other corroboration that he did interfere.

He is the lawyer and law professor mentioned in the affidavit, as I said, the defendant, mr. D'Elia really is being prosecuted and Prof. D'Urso really is a lawyer and professor of law, NOT a judge, you have to do another public exam to become Judge after becoming lawyer and you stop being a lawyer after becoming a Judge.
However I have found no further confirmation of said affidavit, no record of him testifying under oath or recording it on proper legal paper (has to have the stamp of the local authorities to be valid) and no proof. mr.D'Elia said he interfered with US election or other corroboration that he did interfere.

My aunts kids are bilingual, my other aunts kids in UK, were required bilingual and so were my friend pedes. English was the common language amongst all of them.
Even my wife's family has an aunt and two daughters there and the kids were required bi-lingual to graduate at 16 years.
