Anyone that uses AWS (and in general) needs to have a business continuity and disaster recovery plan in place, and should absolutely begin migrating to another cloud platform or to colocated servers. This includes Parler.
If AWS does this they will lose a ton of business as companies move to other options that do not have this risk associated with them.
