Lol. If you are using a cell phone, you are being spied on 24/7. Period.
Do tell how you locked your device down. How did you stop IOS/Android/Windows from key logging, behaviors, location data, browser spying, etc?
The device has to take user input to pass to the application so they get your every keystroke before it makes it into the application.

I dont keep this shit on my phone anyway. I do have it on a tablet used for business, but not calls or texts are made from that tablet.
