Didn't the SCOTUS kick back a lawsuit to the 16th because it lacked standing? I remember everyone saying that it would be too late and it was just the SCOTUS absolving themselves.

Yes. It got thrown out not due to it's contents but because you just simply can't sue for something that hasn't happened yet. The EV need to be counted by the VP -- it's a catch 22; you can't sue before the election, but you can't sue after the election. That's were Trump's 2018 EO comes into play. Foreign interference allows for the military to step in. Then were going through military tribunals. (CISA, DNI REPORT, re-institution of death penalty -- this all happened for a reason).
