He would have used this after the siege on Capitol Hill a few days ago if he was going to use it. However, I do like the idea behind this.

It is perfectly possible that he has been told that he "can't do that" when he perfectly can by legal precedent and with the evidence. We just need to connect the dots for him and get those connected dots to his attention to combat the disinfo.

The harm is that you, a nobody, thinks Trump isn't smarter than you, better informed, and has everything under control.
I am not making a statement, but from a risk assessment, this does not hurt us in any way and has a minimal cost. It is better than doing nothing and increases the probability of a positive outcome for us.
