2 years ago I ordered something from them I needed in a week and they said it would be there. It didn't ship, and didn't ship, and finally I cancelled it and it had never moved. Spent more, got one on eBay, and on there it got next day shipping. So I was pretty done right then.
I have a Chase Amazon rewards card and I barely use the rewards, if I can get something free with them that I don't need fast I do that.
Oh literally nothing I could do about that. But I do work for bosses and If I know bosses the one thing they hate is people bitching about shit. So the squeakiest wheel always gets the grease.

lets also assume, they may have parler on time delay and that you would never get to see any real intel.

I've like half dumped them. We canceled our Prime pre-covid but then the spouse got in the habit of ordering from them again during the lockdowns.
