2 years ago I ordered something from them I needed in a week and they said it would be there. It didn't ship, and didn't ship, and finally I cancelled it and it had never moved. Spent more, got one on eBay, and on there it got next day shipping. So I was pretty done right then.

I have a Chase Amazon rewards card and I barely use the rewards, if I can get something free with them that I don't need fast I do that.
