According to Retired General Thomas McInerney, U.S. Special Forces were mixed in with people who stormed the capitol building, and it's them who stole Pelosi's laptop. He says she is frantic about it.

This actually ties in with other mainstream news in which Pelosi apparently pressured Pentagon officials to block Trump's ability to issue military orders, and they told her they cannot do that as it would be akin to a military coup.
