There were two guys walking around the WWII memorial before the Presidents rally with a bullhorn, probably around 10 - 10:30. They were saying that we were going to "storm" the capitol after the rally. I wasn't filming at the time, but SOMEONE had to have gotten them on video. Two guys, one with the bullhorn was in light colored sweatshirt of some type. I really didn't pay attention to them as I rolled my eyes at the message.
