I agree. If you look at the normal image on the right, the two street lights are incredibly bright. But in the dark image on the left they are still there but are very dim. It’s like the brightness has been cranked down on the camera. I’d like to see the place go dark, but I don’t think it has.
It's 2:15AM their time and in a live stream there are lights on.
This. Just scroll back in the live stream.... it's dark, and maybe it's raining.
