I’m not entirely sure if we can, but a little while back, Owen Benjamin fans won a lawsuit against patreon in CA on the grounds that Patreon was infringing on their right to support a creator and to see their content. Patreo lost the battle and had to pay out legal fees. I think there may be a path forward with us in that regard... or not cause I’m not a lawyer. Can someone with knowledge look into it?
We would have to look at the TOS on Twitter. The thing that sunk Patreon on that was that they had to deal with arbitrations for each person and they had to pay some X dollars of the cost.

Also that they tried to strike it from the TOS but others that were there beforehand weren't required to agree to the new TOS or something.
yeah but things have gotten worse. The 'law' is not what it was.
